.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will reach the coast of Texas Wed,
stall across the N Gulf Thu, then move N as a warm front. Dense
fog could reduce visibility along the northern Gulf coast tonight
and Wed night. A stronger cold front will reach the NW Gulf Fri,
move SE and reach from the western Florida Panhandle to the SW 
Gulf near Veracruz by late Sat. Gales will be possible near 
Tampico and Veracruz on Sun night.

.TONIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Within 30 
nm of shore from Baffin Bay to 90W patchy dense fog with 
visibilities 1 nm or less. Elsewhere, Patchy fog. VSBY 3 NM. 
.WED...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.WED NIGHT...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Patchy fog.
