.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from SE Louisiana to 26N94W
to Tampico Mexico will stall this afternoon and transition to a
frontal trough. The trough will then lift northwestward tonight
to inland Texas early on Monday. High pres will settle in over
the area tonight through Monday night, then slide eastward to
the eastern gulf Tuesday night through Thursday as a weak cold
front moves across the northern waters and to E of the Gulf on
Thursday.

.TODAY...W of 94W, NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NE in the 
afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Between 90W and 94W, SE to S winds 15
to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 5 ft. Scattered showers and thunderstorms
along front.
