.SYNOPSIS...Broad high pressure over the Gulf will maintain
light to moderate winds through Thu afternoon. The next cold
front will enter the northern Gulf Thu night, then reach from
the Florida Big Bend in the NE Gulf to near Tampico Mexico by
Fri afternoon, then stall from Tampa to the Bay of Campeche on
Sat before lifting back to the W and NW through Sun. High pres
will prevail Mon and Mon night. Gale force winds are possible 
along the coast of Mexico near Tampico and Veracruz Fri and Fri 
night.

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming NE 15 to 20 kt
behind front late. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft late.
.FRI...N to NE winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 4 to 7 ft.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.FRI NIGHT...NE winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt
late. Seas 5 to 7 ft,subsiding to 3 to 5 ft late.
