.SYNOPSIS...A trough along the coast of Mexico from 19N to 23N
will move inland the coast of Mexico tonight. A strong cold
front will enter the NW gulf late Tuesday evening followed by
fresh to strong northerly winds and building seas. The cold
front will reach from near Apalachee Bay to near 27N90W and to
26N93W where it will transition to a warm front to developing
low pres near far southern Texas coast. A cold front will extend
from the low southward to the far western part of the SW gulf on
Wednesday. The low pres is expected to move quickly
northeastward dragging the cold front across the remainder of
the Gulf through Friday. Strong northerly winds and rapidly
building seas will follow the front, with winds possibly
reaching gale force over portions of the west- central and SW
waters beginning on Thursday and through Thursday night. Strong
NE winds with frequent gusts may occur over the far NW waters on
Wednesday. High pres will build in over the area in the wake of
the front.

3 to 4 ft after midnight. Isolated showers and thunderstorms. 
Patchy dense fog with visibilities below 1 nm within 60 nm of 
coast.
.MON...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Isolated 
showers and thunderstorms. Patchy dense fog early.
.MON NIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Isolated 
showers and thunderstorms. 
.TUE...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.  Isolated showers 
and thunderstorms.
