.SYNOPSIS...A trough extending from the NW Gulf near 27N93W to the
Yucatan Channel near 22N86W will drift W through Wed night. A 
cold front may move into the western Gulf and merge with the 
trough Thu through Fri, stalling from near the Florida Panhandle 
to Tampico, Mexico, then drifting W through the upcoming weekend.
