.SYNOPSIS...A cold front is crossing the Gulf of Mexico waters 
from the Florida Straits to 22N90W, then stalls to 18N94W. A low
pressure will form over the NE Gulf by mid week and shift NE 
across Florida Thu and Fri. The associated cold front will 
reintroduce gales to the coast of Mexico near Veracruz on Wed 
night and Thu.
