.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from western Louisiana to
southern Texas. The front will reach from the Florida Big Bend
to Tampico, Mexico Sun morning, then stall and dissipate from
south Florida to the Bay of Campeche Mon. Gale force winds are
expected S of 25N along the coast of Mexico Sun and Sun night.
