.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the N Gulf states will maintain
moderate NE to E winds over the basin through late Fri before
shifting E into W Atlc. A cold front will move into the NW
waters early Sat night and reach from near Sarasota Florida to
the W Bay of Campeche Sun evening.
