.SYNOPSIS...A weak NW to SE orientated trough will develop
intermittently across the SW gulf waters through Fri. Broad high
pressure across the remainder of the gulf waters will begin to
weaken on Tue night. A cold front will move into the NW waters
around sunrise on Sat.
