.SYNOPSIS...A weakening stationary front extends from Tampa Bay
to a surface low at 24N96W, with the stationary front continuing
S to the Bay of Campeche. A remnant trough will meander across
the far SW gulf waters by late tonight and continue into early
next week. Strengthening high pressure will produce fresh to
locally strong NE winds across the E gulf waters this weekend.
