.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the northern Gulf through the
middle of the week. A trough will develop late each day over the
Yucatan Peninsula and drift westward into the SW Gulf each night
where it will dissipate each morning. A cold front will move off
the Texas coast Wednesday, reach from SE Louisiana to Brownsville,
Texas Wed night, from the Florida Big Bend area to NE Mexico 
late Thursday, before stalling from SW Florida to near Tampico, 
Mexico through Friday. Fresh northerly winds and building seas 
will follow in behind the front.
