.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will dominate the northern Gulf through the
middle of the week. A cold front will move off the Texas coast 
Wed, reach from SE Louisiana to Brownsville, Texas Wed night, 
from the Florida Big Bend area to NE Mexico late Thu, before 
stalling from SW Florida to near Tampico, Mexico through Fri. 
Fresh northerly winds and building seas up to 5 or 6 ft will 
follow the front.

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
