.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the NE Gulf will shift NE of the
area today as cold front stalls across the Texas Coastal Plains.
Fresh SE return flow across the western waters will diminish to
a moderate southerly breeze on Wed through Thu night, then
further diminish to a light southerly breeze W of a N TO S
orientated ridge extending across the central waters over the
upcoming weekend. Light NE winds across the eastern gulf will
increase to moderate to fresh NE to E breeze tonight across the
far SE waters, with moderate NE winds forecast everywhere E of
88W by late Fri.
