.SYNOPSIS...Strong winds follow a cold front currently from SE
Louisiana to Tampico Mexico. Meanwhile Potential Tropical 
Cyclone Eighteen in the NW Caribbean may develop into a tropical 
storm later today over western Cuba, and move into the Straits of
Florida late today ahead of the cold front, then move NE through
the northern Bahamas. The cold front will sweep to the SE of the
Gulf in the wake of the potential tropical storm by late Sun. 
Winds and seas will diminish across the Gulf through Sun night.
