.SYNOPSIS...Fresh return flow has started over the NW Gulf ahead
of the next cold front, expected to move into the NW Gulf early
this afternoon, then reach from the western Florida Panhandle to
the W Bay of Campeche by early Sat afternoon. High pressure
behind front will support another round of strong northerly
winds across much of the basin, diminishing early next week.

.TODAY...S to SW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SW winds 20 to 25 kt, shifting to NW to N in the late
evening and overnight. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered showers. 
.SAT...N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft,subsiding to
3 to 5 ft late.
