become SE across the NW Gulf waters tonight and continue through 
Sat, then become light southerly flow just ahead of a cold front 
moving off the Texas coast on Sun morning. The front will reach 
the Central Gulf waters on Mon with fresh to locally strong N 
flow W of the front.
