.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from just S of Tampa Bay to near 24N92W
to the central Bay of Campeche will move slowly SE and gradually
lose identity across the far SE Gulf waters Tue night through
Wed. Gale force northwesterly winds will continue within 90 nm
of the Mexican coast from 94W to 96W through this evening.
Strong NW flow will then continue through Wed evening. A fresh
to locally strong E breeze is expected across the northern Gulf
waters on Thu and Fri, except a fresh SE return flow will set up
across the NW Gulf waters on Thu night, and continue through Sat
night with the next cold front expected on Sun.
