.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough from Tampa Bay to the Yucatan
Peninsula will move W and to position from 28N94W to 19N91W on
Sun. A cold front will reach the Texas coast late Sun, reach
from the Florida Big Bend to 23N93W to the Bay of Campeche late
Mon, and then stall from Tampa Bay to 25N91W to 18N93W late Tue
night. Minimal gale force NW flow forecast within 90 nm of the
Mexican coast between 94W and 97W late Mon through late Tue.
