.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from the Florida Panhandle to
26N94W to 20N96W will weaken to a trough across the SW gulf
waters by Sun. A surface low over central Cuba will move W
through the Florida Straits and SE Gulf waters through Sat
night, reaching along 88W on Sun. A cold front will move off the
Texas coast late Sun, reach from the Florida Big Bend to 23N93W
to the Bay of Campeche late Mon, and then stall from Tampa Bay
to 25N91W to 18N93W on Tue night.
