.SYNOPSIS...A NW to SE trough will meander across the far SW
Gulf through Fri night. Fresh to strong easterly winds will
dominate the basin through Thu, then the pressure gradient will
relax as a broad inverted trough develops across the eastern
Gulf of Mexico. This trough will move W reaching the central
gulf waters by early Sat. A surface low, possibly a tropical
cyclone will move N along the trough on Sat and Sun.
