.SYNOPSIS...A NW to SE trough will meander across the far SW waters
through Sat night. Strong E winds currently across the NE Gulf 
waters will spread southwestward and extend across the waters N 
of 22N and E of 97W by late Wed as high pressure strengthens. The
pressure gradient will relax on Thu as a broad inverted trough develops
across the eastern Gulf of Mexico, and moves estward reaching 
the central gulf waters on Sat night.
