.SYNOPSIS...A NW to SE trough will meander across the far SW
waters through Sat night. Strong E winds across the far NE Gulf
waters will spread SW across the waters N of 23N and E of 95W
with little change through Wed as high pressure strengthens. The
pressure gradient will relax late in the week as a broad trough
develops across the eastern Gulf of Mexico.
