.SYNOPSIS...A NW to SE orientated trough will meander across the
far SW waters through Fri night. A trough from 28N87W to 23N89W
will move W to a position from 29N94W to 22N93W on Mon, and move
inland Texas Mon night. Strong to near gale force E winds will
continue across the NE waters through Mon, with these conditions
spreading S and W by mid week.
