.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will continue across the northern
waters through Thu, then further weaken allowing a cold front to
move S into the northern Gulf waters on Thu night. The front
will stall from Port of Tampa to SE Texas on Fri, then dissipate
during the upcoming weekend as high pressure rebuilds S across
the northern Gulf waters. A thermal trough will develop each
evening over the NW Yucatan Peninsula, move W overnight, and
dissipate over the SW Gulf waters by late each morning.
