.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Irma inland near 32.4N 84.9W,
988 mb moving NW at 13 kt at 11 PM EDT. Maximum sustained winds
30 kt gusts 40 kt. Irma will continue moving NNW away from the
Gulf basin. A weak pressure pattern will set up across the Gulf
in the wake of Irma through the remainder of the week. N to NE
swell from Irma will dominate seas across the Gulf through Tue.

.OVERNIGHT...N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 7 ft. 
.TUE...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 6 ft in NE to E swell.
