.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Katia near 21.7N 94.8W 989 mb at 11 PM EDT 
moving E at 2 kt. Maximum sustained winds 70 kt gusts 85 kt. 
Katia is forecast to move to near 21.5N 94.6W Thu morning, then 
to near 21.3N 94.8W Thu evening, then to near 21.1N 95.4W Fri 
morning, then near 20.6N 96.4W Fri evening, then will make 
landfall, weakening to a post-tropical cyclone near 19.0N 98.5W 
Sat evening, dissipating by Sun evening. Major Hurricane Irma is 
forecast to  move between Cuba and the Bahamas Sat, then turn 
northward across the Florida peninsula, possibly bringing 
tropical storm force winds to eastern portions of the Straits of 
Florida and Florida Bay in the far SE Gulf late Sat into Sun.
