.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Katia near 22.7N 95.9W AT 1500Z
moving E-SE at 4 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt gusts 50 kt.
Katia is forecast to remain in the SW Gulf before making landfall
on the coast of Veracruz late Fri. Hurricane Irma is expected to
move between Cuba and the Bahamas Sat, then turn northward 
across the Florida peninsula Sun, bringing fresh to strong N
winds to the NE Gulf Sat, with the potential for stronger winds
Sun depening on the track of Irma as it heads northward across
Florida.
