.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is inland near 29.1N 97.6W at
26/2100 UTC. The system has moved far enough inland where
tropical storm force winds are only located over the coastal
waters within 60 NM of the coast. The system will linger over
Texas the next several days. This will keep fresh to strong
winds over the northwest waters the through the middle of next
week.
