.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Harvey is centered near 27.5N 96.5W at 
25/2100 UTC, moving NW, or 325 degrees at 9 kt. Estimated minimum
central pressure is 941 mb. Maximum sustained winds are 110 kt 
gusting to 135 kt. Harvey is forecast to make landfall early 
tonight, reaching a position inland near 28.2N 97.0W Saturday 
morning. Harvey is then likely to stall near or just inland of 
the middle Texas coast through the remainder of the weekend.
