.SYNOPSIS...Recently upgraded Hurricane Harvey is centered near
24.7N 93.9W 976 mb at 2100 UTC, moving NNW, or 330 degrees at
9 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 75 kt gusting to 90 kt. Harvey
is forecast to reach near 25.5N 94.8W Fri morning then reaching
27.8N 96.7W Fri night off the coast of Texas, then move inland
Fri night. Harvey will meander inland thereafter, moving back
over Gulf coastal waters early next week.
