.SYNOPSIS...Weak troughing over the SE Gulf will move across the
basin through mid week. Another trough will move from the Atlc
into the SE Gulf by Thu. The remnants of Harvey may move into SW
Gulf Wed as a possible tropical cyclone, then across the west
central Gulf through the end of the week.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft in the afternoon. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers. 
.WED...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less.
