.SYNOPSIS...The northern extent of a tropical wave will enter
the E Gulf Sat night, moving across the basin through early next
week. Otherwise, a weak ridge will extend westward along 28N
both ahead of and behind the tropical wave. Tropical Storm
Harvey currently well SE of the area and entering the eastern
Caribbean, will approach the NW Caribbean Sea and Yucatan
Peninsula early next week.

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft, subsiding to
2 ft or less. 
.SAT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to E in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
