.SYNOPSIS...A ridge from Tampa Bay to the Texas Coastal Bend
will shift N to a position from Tampa Bay to NE Texas on Sun
where it will meander through Wed. Winds and seas will increase 
across the Yucatan Channel on Mon night in association with a 
tropical wave and low, a possible tropical cyclone, moving across
the Yucatan Peninsula. The low will continue W-NW across the 
southern gulf on Wed.

.OVERNIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 to 4 ft after midnight. 
.SUN...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
