.SYNOPSIS...A ridge from Tampa Bay to the Texas Coastal Bend
will shift N to a position from Tampa Bay to NE Texas on Sun
where it will meander through Wed. A trough will develop over
the Yucatan Peninsula each evening through Mon evening, move
westward during the overnight hours, and dissipate over the SW
Gulf each morning. Winds and seas will increase across the
Yucatan Channel on Mon night in association with a tropical wave
and low moving across the Yucatan Peninsula. The low will
continue W-NW across the southern gulf on Wed.
