.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Emily is inland over central Florida 
near 27.8N 81.7W at 5 pm EDT, moving ENE at 10 kt. It is expected
to continue to move across the Florida peninsula through 
tonight. A weak trough extending from TS Emily into the central 
Gulf will drift north through mid week.

.TUE...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft early in the
morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. Scattered showers.
