.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the NW Gulf will dissipate
and a surface trough over the NE Gulf will shift E today ahead
of a weak frontal boundary that will drift into the northern
Gulf tonight, before stalling Sun and weakening Mon. Remnants of
the front will drift N Tue and dissipate by Wed.

.TODAY...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building
to 3 ft early in the afternoon, then, subsiding to 2 ft or less
late in the afternoon. 
.TONIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered
showers. 
.SUN...W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated thunderstorms.
