.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will persist across the northern
Gulf through Mon night. A thermal trough will develop in the
Yucatan Peninsula each evening before pushing offshore into the
SW Gulf each night. The trough will drift westward during the
overnight hours, and dissipate in the SW Gulf each morning.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to W to NW in the
morning, then, shifting to NE in the afternoon. Seas 2 ft or
less. 
.TONIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.FRI...S to SW winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to SE in the
afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less. Scattered showers and isolated
thunderstorms. 
.FRI NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.SAT NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
