.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will persist across the northern
Gulf waters through Sun night. A thermal trough will develop
over the Yucatan Peninsula each evening before pushing offshore
into the SW Gulf each night. The trough will drift westward
during the overnight hours, and dissipate over the SW Gulf each
morning.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...SW winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to E in the afternoon.

.THU NIGHT...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
