A thermal trough will develop over the Yucatan Peninsula during the late afternoons, move NW during the overnight hours, and dissipate over the SW Gulf by late morning each day. A broad surface trough will move W across the E gulf on Fri, then turn NW across the central gulf on Sat reaching the northern gulf on Sun.
