.SYNOPSIS...A ridge across the northern Gulf will maintain
gentle to moderate E to SE winds and seas 4 ft or less through
Sunday. A surge of fresh to locally strong winds and building
seas of 5-6 ft will be associated with a thermal trough moving
across the SW Gulf each night through Saturday night.
