.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front will linger in the NE Gulf 
through this evening then dissipate. A thermal trough will 
develop in the Yucatan Peninsula during the late afternoons into 
the early evening hours, and move NW during the overnight hours, 
then dissipate in the SW Gulf by late each morning. Moderate to 
fresh SE return flow will develop across much of basin early Wed 
and freshen through Fri.
