.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Cindy is well inland near 31.7N
93.8W 999 mb at 1800 UTC moving NNE further away from the area.
Cindy will track over the lower Mississippi river valley late
tonight and Fri and weaken. Winds and seas will slowly subside
over the north- central Gulf through early Friday. High pressure
will build across the northern Gulf in the wake of Cindy through
Tue night.
