.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Cindy centered near 28.6N 93.4W
992 mb at 11 PM EDT is moving NNW or 340 deg at 6 kt, with
maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts to 55 kt. Cindy is forecast
to continue moving NNW and will move inland to a position near
30.1N 93.6W Thu morning. Large seas will continue near and well
E of the cyclone center. High pressure will build across the
northern Gulf in the wake of Cindy and prevail through Mon
night.
