.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Cindy centered near 28.2N 93.2W
994 mb at 5 PM EDT is moving NW or 315 deg at 8 kt, with maximum
sustained winds 45 kt gusts to 55 kt. Cindy is forecast to
continue moving NW and will move inland to a position near 31.3N
93.7W Thu afternoon. Large seas will continue near and well E of
the cyclone center through Thu. High pressure will build across
the northern Gulf in the wake of Cindy and prevail through Mon
night.
