.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Cindy centered near 26.4N 91.0W
997 mb at 11 PM EDT is moving NW or 310 deg at 6 kt, with
maximum sustained winds 50 kt gusts to 60 kt. Cindy is forecast
to continue moving NW, reaching near 28.1N 93.0W Wednesday
evening, with maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts to 55 kt, then
move inland to a position near 31.4N 93.8W Thursday evening.
High seas will continue N and well E of the cyclone center
through Wednesday. High pressure will build in the wake of Cindy
and prevail through Sunday.
