.SYNOPSIS...Weak ridging from the western Atlc to the NE Gulf
should remain in place through Sun. A broad low pressure
approaching the area from the SE via Central America and
southeastern Mexico is anticipated to develop by Sat. Winds and
seas are likely to remain quiet over the area through the
weekend.
