.SYNOPSIS...Fresh winds over the SW Gulf will diminish today.
Weak ridging from the western Atlc to the NE Gulf will maintain
gentle to moderate breezes over the eastern Gulf and moderate to
fresh breezes over the western Gulf through late week. Winds and
seas will start to increase over the SW Gulf late Sat ahead of
broad low pres approaching the area from the SE via Central
America and southern Mexico.
