.SYNOPSIS...A trough from Tampa Bay to the NW Yucatan Peninsula
will drift NW today accompanied by TSTMS. The trough will
dissipate on Sun. Strengthening high pressure will increase 
winds and build seas through late Mon. The pressure gradient 
will relax on Tue and Wed.

building to 3 ft late in the afternoon.
