.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western and central Atlantic 
will maintain moderate to fresh trade winds and moderate seas 
across the regional waters through Mon night. A tropical wave
moving westward will approach the eastern Caribbean tonight into
Fri, moving near the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico around 
Sat. Thunderstorm activity is likely to increase by the end of 
the weekend into early next week.
