.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the central Atlantic will 
continue to promote moderate to fresh trade winds, gradually 
shifting east to southeast through today. Isolated thunderstorms
are expected to develop each afternoon over the western waters 
of Puerto Rico, small craft should exercise caution. Ahead of 
of the passage of Tuesday's tropical wave, a wind surge will 
bring fresh to strong easterly winds through midweek. Overall, 
the wind pattern will result in moderate to rough seas throughout
the week.
